At Golden Age Couture, we take immense pride in offering premium-quality fabrics, intricate embroideries, and fine craftsmanship. Every product undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch to ensure you receive the best in design, fabric, stitching, and finish.
Due to the premium and customized nature of our products, we follow the policy outlined below:
No Refund Policy
Golden Age Couture follows a strict No Refund Policy.
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Returns
- Complete returns are not accepted on orders above ₹3000.
- Orders below ₹3000 are not eligible for return. They are eligible for exchange only.
- Returns are only possible if the product is received in a completely torn, severely damaged, or color-faded condition.
Exchanges
- Orders below ₹3000 are eligible for exchange only, not refund.
- Once an exchange request is approved, a coupon code will be issued for the value of the product.
- The coupon code can be used within 3 months from the date of issue.
- After 3 months, the coupon code will automatically expire and cannot be revalidated.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To raise any return or exchange request, a clear opening (unboxing) and closing video of the complete dress is mandatory.
- The video must show the sealed package being opened.
- The entire product (fabric, embroidery, stitching, and color) must be clearly visible.
- The video must be shared on our official WhatsApp number for verification.
Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Additional Important Points
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen resolution.
- Customized, stitched, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless received in a completely torn, damaged, or color-faded condition.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
